direct your environmental project toward success.
Harvard Project Services provides technical and administrative
project management services for environmental investigation and
remediation projects. We believe that environmental projects
benefit from the input of an Independent Project Manager who can
act on the owner's behalf to direct and control the project.
Our management services extend to operation and maintenance of
wastewater treatment systems. For these projects, we can supply a
trained operator, manage your contract operator, or oversee permit
compliance and reporting.
Our clients range from companies that have but one environmental
problem (and no interest in having more, or a staff to handle
them) to companies with plenty of environmental and engineering
experience with their in-house staff, but no time to direct and
administer a special project. We've also done a lot of work with
attorneys, including litigation and negotiation support.
