Summary Résumé
For the last fifteen years Mr. Cosgrave has managed site investigations and
remediation projects for industrial and commercial clients and
Superfund PRP groups. He has a total of nearly 20 years of
experience with investigation and remediation of hazardous waste
sites. During some of this time he acquired exceptional field
experience with subsurface investigation methods, some of it at
the University of Waterloo. He has applied this experience to
the development and implementation of work plans directed toward
collecting data appropriate to the needs of the project while
meeting regulatory requirements. He is experienced with Federal
and State regulations pertaining to surface water, ground water
and soil. Mr. Cosgrave has used his knowledge of computer
systems to develop software techniques to manage and present
data.
Mr. Cosgrave earned his Master's degree in hydrogeology from
the University of Waterloo. An undergraduate degree in Natural
Resources Management from the University of Guelph provided an
excellent base for his advancement into the management of sites
with complex environmental issues. His familiarity with a wide
range of environmental problems provides an excellent basis for
preparing cost and schedule estimates and providing
independent project management services.
